Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and further instructions.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the dumbbells in their original heavy-duty packaging, including all foam inserts and components, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
